Action-packed and ready to go, OTW's sophomore release is a head-banging, shred-funk experience.

It all started at the end of 2020 when we got kicked out of our parent's basement and were told to "get a real rehearsal space".
Well, it was a little less dramatic than that. Actually we got asked very nicely to leave the nest. And to their credit, we had been blowing down the walls with deafening noise for five years at that point. Anyways, we found ourselves in a unique situation. Realizing the potential of the predicament we were in, we decided to make the best of the situation and build ourselves our very own studio. With help from friends, we found the perfect spot and created a wonderful rehearsal space/recording studio of our own. The next move was obvious: make a record.
We spent the majority of 2022 putting the final touches on our space, as well as sourcing the proper microphones and recording equipment we would need to pull this off. With the help of our good friends Alan Venitosh (Telefunken Microphones) and Alex Giosa (Hamilton), we were able to do just that. With their guidance we started recording.
Our goal was simple. Doing everything ourselves not only saved us money (essential for an up-and-coming band), but it also allowed us to take our time with the process and capture the energy we felt these songs deserved. Plus we got to mess around a bunch and add in whatever we wanted. Win win.
Of course we need to thank Adam Eytan. You might know this giant man as a mind-blowing guitar player, but thats not all. Our homie engineered and mixed the entire album himself. And damn did he do a good job. Re-read that please.
